0.75oz  Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.25oz Brandy

0.25oz Sweet Vermouth

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all the liquid ingredients to an ice-filled Mixing glass.

  2. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.

12.5g per serve
