1.75oz Tanqueray No. 10 Gin

1.75oz  Pink Grapefruit Juice

1.75oz Pineapple Juice

1.75oz  Lemonade

1  Pink Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)

1 Pineapple Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an ice-filled Highball glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Leaf and a Pink Grapefruit wedge.
