Yuzuri Sour


  • .5 oz Yuzuri liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • shiso leaf


  1. Combine Yuzuri liqueur, Kikori whiskey, lemon juice, egg white, and simple syrup in a shaker over ice and shake.
  2. Pour into rocks or coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with shiso leaf

Alcohol content: 1.2 fluid oz. per serve
