- 1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 1 oz watermelon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- Top w/club soda
Method: Short shake
- 1.5 oz Strawberry Bulleit Bourbon*
- 0.75 oz Italian red bitter
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
Garnish: Strawberry slice, orange oils
*Strawberry Bulleit Bourbon - add 6-7 sliced strawberries to 750ml of Bulleit Bourbon, let infuse at room temperature for 4 hours, and fine strain.
