Mule Pop

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ketel One Vodka
- 3 cups ginger beer
- 6 tbsp. lime juice
- 6 tbsp. agave or simple syrup
- 1 tsp. lime zest
Method
Blend and pour into ice molds, freeze.
Makes up to 10 pops.
Paloma Paleta

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Don Julio Blanco
- 3 cups grapefruit soda
- 6 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 slice of grapefruit (per mold)
- 6 tbsp. agave or simple syrup
Method:
Blend and pour into ice molds, freeze.
Makes up to 10 pops.
