Bulleit Bourbon Gold Rush

- 7.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1.875 oz honey syrup
- 1.875 oz ginger syrup
- 4 oz lemon juice
Combine the Bulleit Bourbon, honey, and ginger in a food-safe plastic container.
For a single cocktail build, I’m going to pour out 2.25 oz of the batch. Then add the lemon juice and shake well and strain into an iced double rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
