Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Roe & Co
- 1/2 oz Caol Ila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz pear syrup
- 1/4 oz orgeat
- Dash of tropical bitters
Method
Shake hard with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with orange zest.
