Orlando began his bartending career in Italy. After high school, he moved to London to fine-tune his skills in a capital famed for its cocktail culture. His talent behind the bar soon caught the attention of the Rushmore Group, who put him to work at the famous Milk & Honey in Soho. From there, he moved to Melbourne and eventually landed himself the role of bar manager at Lûmé, where his fearless creativity helped him win World Class Bartender of the Year 2018. Orlando currently holds the position of Beverage Director with Melbourne-based Worksmith.
