Place of work: Duke Bistrot

Adriana began her bartending journey 15 years ago with a focus on classic serves before moving on to local ingredients after being introduced by renowned chefs. These chefs showed Adriana how to weave the complexity of cocktails together with the flavours of food, taking inspiration from fellow Brazilian bartender, Jean Ponce. During her career, Adriana has also consulted for bars across Brazil, drawing creativity from the dynamic professionals she meets along the way.
