The Dominican Republic’s World Class 2018 winner is an enterprising and dedicated bartender, taking inspiration from Latin American bars and fellow Caribbean mixologists. As well as flourishing in the bartender profession, Carlos holds a degree in agronomy from UASD, a World Class certified program. He is currently the CEO of Model M.I.X, a business specializing in cocktails and is the head bartender of Local 3.
