World Class 2018 Spain’s winner Daniele’s fascination with cocktails began in his home town of Milan, Italy where fellow bartenders and artists influenced his style. After basing himself in his home country for a number of years, Daniele took the big step to move outside Italy, settling on the beautiful Canary Islands of Spain. Here Daniele looks to differentiate himself behind the bar at the Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahia Real, where he has been serving his cocktails for 11 years.
