Bartending newcomer David started his cocktail journey in The Pharmacy on the coast of Belgium, after studying the art of Japanology at university. In just 3 years, David has moved up to the position of bar manager and now practices his craft in the city of Ghent, Belgium, manning the bar of The Cobbler. For David, his cocktails allow his customers to escape their daily struggles and he hopes to amaze at this year’s global finals.
