Emil’s bartending journey started back in Sydney, Australia in 2012, where he was working as a barback, kickstarting his love for service and cocktails. Sweden’s 2018 World Class winner found his bartender personality working for Svartengrens, where he explored foraged and seasonal products, drawing as many flavours as possible from one ingredient. Currently, Emil showcases his flair whilst working with the team at the Grand Hotel, Stockholm.
