Milan based Francesco began his career in the world of business, studying the subject before quitting to pursue his dreams in hospitality, falling in love with the bartending industry. His love for the bartending community saw no ends as he upped and moved to Dubai to join the Buddha Bar brand. He started as a commis before working his way up to general manager but has since returned to his native Italy to take up the role of Food and Beverage manager at The Yard Milano.
