Multi-award-winning Indian representative Gaurav, has spent a few years working for renowned establishments in his home country, where he was introduced to the new and ever changing trends of the food and beverage industry. In 2014, Gaurav finished in the top 3 of the World Class India competition, going one better this year. As the senior mixologist at Passcode in New Delhi, this year Gaurav hopes to take India to the top of the World Class competition.
