World Class 2018 Thailand winner Jane, has been bartender for almost 12 years, learning his craft in the capital, Bangkok. During the Thailand country finals, Jane took inspiration from the country’s changeable climate and created a cocktail called “Wassana”, which means the scent of the rainy season. He chose to use ingredients of the rainy season such as the Siam tulip flower that contains lingering rainwater and fresh bael fruit that is known for its countless medicinal properties.
