Soon-to-be bar owner Jonas, has been a bartender for the last eight years. As well as his cocktail knowledge, Jonas is also a sommelier and is fascinated by the connection between food and drink. Norway’s winner laughs at his own jokes and believes his approach to flavour is what brings a uniqueness to his cocktail creations.
