Born in Argentina, Matias has always been in love with the hospitality industry and the craft of bartending. During a career spanning more than two decades, he’s trained as a chemist, worked in some of the world’s most renowned bars and travelled the world as a brand ambassador. 15 years ago, he started one of the biggest bartending training centres in Chile, and in 2016 he founded Siete Negronis, which was later named one of the best 100 bars in the world.
