Michael started his career working across bar in his home town of Plymouth, England before moving to London and landing jobs at the famous Quo Vadis members bar in Soho and later at the Blind Pig. He then ventured halfway across the world to work at Melbourne’s swanky 1806 cocktail bar, before upping sticks to Copenhagen in 2017 to work at the classic and creative Ruby Cocktail Chronicles where he’s been shaking up a storm ever since.
