Bordeaux native Nicolas knew early on he’d never be happy in an everyday desk job. On a whim, he decided to enroll in bartending school and he’s never looked back. He moved to the cultural hub of Paris to perfect his skills before venturing across the Atlantic to Bath, England. Two years ago, he headed back home to Bordeaux and took up a position as bartender at the eclectic Mama Shelter hotel and he can't wait to do his team proud at the Global Finals in Berlin.
