Place of work: Gorilla Bar

A relative newcomer to the world of bartending, Plakidas started his career in 2012, serving margaritas in a small bar in Thessaloniki. From there, he went on to manage a new bar project for two years before opening his own place, Gorilla Bar, a sensory space, full of colours and flavours and dedicated to celebrating life. He believes working as a bartender is what he was born to do and can't wait to put his “think outside the box” philosophy to use in Berlin.
