Alex began his career making coffee at his father's bar and restaurant in Greece and quickly fell in love with spirits and the art of making cocktails. He moved to his mother's home city, Copenhagen where he worked in a late night cocktail bar learning the art of cocktail making before leaping at the opportunity to work as a Senior Bartender in Ruby where he worked for 2.5 years. His career then took him to a quaint hotel bar called Tata in Sanders Hotel where he now works with an amazing team.
