Andrei Mihai began bartending in 2016 after starting in a small Italian restaurant in his hometown of Oradea, Romania. Following this, Andrei Mihai moved to the US and was lucky enough to develop his bartending skills in Mystic, Connecticut, Chapter One and a fine-dining restaurant called S&P Oyster Company. After a year in the US, he moved back to Romania where he fully embraced his home countries cocktail culture by participating in as many cocktail competitions as possible and finally winning World Class Romania 2019.
