Bilbao born Borja currently lives in Barcelona where he is the bar manager of Paradiso No. 37. Borja perfected his skills working with Didier Fertilati and Aurelio Morale creating gastronomic cocktails, a technique he has continued with an urban garden growing micro vegetables and plants in his back bar. With a focus on technique, Borja likes to experiment with different flavours without losing the classic base.
