Cory moved to the Cayman Islands in 2012, after working in Finance in Florida for several years. It didn’t take long for him to realise his passion for crafting and creating cocktails. It was his creative approach and desire to find new ways to work with ingredients that set him apart. He’s now the Bar Manager at Agua Restaurant & Lounge, where he combines his unique approach with the Head Chef to elevate the Food & Beverage program. It’s this experience that inspired him and provided him with the skill set to elevate himself and eventually go on to win World Class Cayman Islands 2019.
