David kicked off his career after joining the gastronomy team at a hotel in Germany. Three years later he got behind the bar and never looked back before moving to a speakeasy cocktail bar in Salzburg, Austria. David has been working with World Class Austria 2018 winner DamirBusic at his bar Liquid Diary, Innsbruck and was inspired to enter the World Class competition himself, noting the incredible support the team at Liquid Diary have provided throughout his World Class journey.
