Originally from Tbilisi Georgia, a city and country where the preparation of food and drinks is the passion of the people, David moved to Nizhny Novgorod where he began his career as a bartender. He moved to Moscow four years ago, he has been bartending at the Korobok Bar for the past two years. He insists on using fresh flavourful ingredients and better recipes and methods when preparing cocktails and is constantly searching for complex interactions of flavours to enhance his creations. Local culture and people including social medicines, herbology and the associated folklore are his inspiration.
