Maximiliano kicked off his bartender career in Mendoza, the heart of Argentina's wine country, working in high-end hotels and boutique winemarker bars, where he focused honing his skills on wine-based cocktails. Formally training as a sommelier after a short season in Brazil, Maxi arrived in Buenos Aires and worked at award-winning venues Isabel & Nicky Harrison until 2018 when he opened his own bar, Mito Mercato. His consistency, hard work and unique personal style have helped him achieve World Class Bartender of the Year 2019 in Argentina.
