Miroslav comes from a small village in eastern Slovakia where he studied food, drink and hospitality at the hotel academy in Humenne. Working as a professional barman was always his ambition. For him the barman's craft symbolises a life choice, hospitality and unlimited creativity so Miroslav set out to make it a reality. He is currently working his third year as the Head Bartender at Sky Bar in Bratislava. He is also the owner and founder of a growing company which specialises in various craft products in Slovakia.
