Thomas has been passionate about drinks from a young age. He went to hotel school and after graduating top of his class and enjoying many internships in Michelin Star restaurants across Europe all while studying as a sommelier. Because of his passion for cocktails, he decided to make the switch to bartending. He started learning the ropes as a barback in Cocktails @ Nine. Soon after, he got the chance to work alongside Dries Botty as a bartender at BelRoy's Bijou. Thomas is now head Bartender and will represent Belux at this year World Class Bartender of the Year Final in Glasgow.
