Aldrin is currently a bar manager in Skye BGC in the Philippines. A former service manager and principal bartender at the Backroom Bar at Shangri-la at the Fort Manila and The Curator Coffee and Cocktails Bar respectively, Aldrin is a well-experienced and well-respected bartender in his home country. Having watched the movie ‘Cocktail’ over 25 years ago, he credits it as his inspiration to pursue a career in the industry.
