Andrii Osypchuk - Ukraine

Andrii grew up foraging in the forests and fields of Galicia, in western Ukraine. Wanting to see the world, he took off for Greece and then Dubai, where he learned the craft of drink-making and world-class service. He later became a brand ambassador for a tequila brand that allowed him to travel the world and in 2019, he returned to his native country and opened Sino Experimental in the historic city of Lviv - the National Restaurant Awards named Sino Experimental one of Ukraine’s top ten bars in 2020. An advisor to many local bar projects, Andrii is passionate about sustainability and leads his team in finding local ingredients to use in their drinks.
