Benjamin Ebenbauer – Austria

Benjamin was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, where he still lives. While studying Life Science and Biotechnology at university, Benjamin started working in a molecular biology lab as a technician but later decided this was not his passion. He left university to pursue a bartending career and began working at a new establishment, the Josef Highball Bar. After almost two years, Benjamin is now the head bartender in the Josef Cocktail Bar and continues to challenge himself with experimentation and cocktail creation.
