Bianca Lima – Brazil

Bianca is a 26-year-old fashion major from Brazil. After graduating she turned her creative focus to cocktail creations and moved to São Paulo to work as a bartender for the next four years. Having recently moved to Porto Alegre she is now the head bartender and prides herself on creating hypnotising and captivating serves for her customers. She loves experimenting with new flavours and likes a diversified menu that can cater to all tastes.
