Che-Wei Chang - Taiwan

Che-Wei Chang (Mars Chang), began his bartending journey in his college cocktail club. After finishing his studies, he spent five years crafting his knowledge at a range of bars, including a whisky bar and a gin bar in Taipei. In 2019 he collaborated with other up-and-coming Taiwan bartenders to establish the Space Cocktail Bar - “To infinity and beyond”, where he focussed on creating futuristic cocktails, ultimately winning World Class Taiwan 2021.
