Dhody was born and raise in Indonesia where he began his career within hospitality. Seeking out new and exciting challenges, he decided to make the move to Dubai – a city known for its flair and exquisite hospitality industry. He currently works at Ce La Vi Dubai where he is a bar supervisor and prides himself on serving showstopping serves to his guests– in particular a Don Julio Paloma.
