Mark McClintock - GB

Mark is an Irish native who found his way to London in pursuit of a degree in music and composition at King's College London. It was in the city that he levelled-up his pint-pulling and entered the world of craft cocktails, quickly finding himself on the opening team of the world-renowned Chotto Matte in Soho. Since then, he's worked the stick at such critically-acclaimed venues as Call Me Mr Lucky and Peg + Patriot, before turning his hand to consultancy and drinks styling for such publications as Henry Jeffreys ‘The Home Bar’ and Tom Bullock’s, ‘The Mezcal Experience'. Having already won Hacha Bar's inaugural ‘Britain’s Best Tequila Cocktail Competition’ in 2019, in 2021 he was crowned World Class GB Bartender of The Year.
