Niko is a Greek native, who grew up on the small island of Paxos - one of the Ionian islands. Niko has now worked in the bartending industry for nine years after studying Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Ioannina. Passionate about individual ingredients and the planet, Niko now lives a sustainable life and wishes to impart his knowledge and sustainable living to the wider community.
