Sean Eden – Sweden

Sean was born and raise in England before moving to Sweden at the age of 12. Sean’s career in the industry started twenty years ago as an intern to some of Stockholm’s best bar managers. Now, after years of experience and learning, he is now the creative director at Haymarket by Scandic in Sweden. He is an advocate for sustainability, leading him to develop a zero-waste cocktail menu for the Scandic hotel chain, rolling it out across 283 hotels. He hopes to one day open his own sustainable bar in Sweden.
