Sofia is a 24-year-old bartender from Sofia, Bulgaria. As soon as Sofia was old enough, she began working in popular local bars. She soon began to accompany her team to masterclasses and bar shows, quickly picking up vital skills that enabled her to develop her cocktail and mixology abilities at pace. Witnessing some of the best bartenders in the world creating exciting cocktails was her inspiration and has led her to where she is today, working in Sputnik bar in Bulgaria.
