Immensely creative and highly driven, the 27-year-old has the makings of a great bartender with a fun and impish personality. Having honed his craft under the mentorship of many renowned bartenders, Vu has a developed a flexible approach to bartending, experimenting with different flavour combinations through his free-flowing inspirations.
