1:1 Consultancy from Raising the Bar
As part of our Raising the Bar initiative, Diageo’s global programme to support pubs and bars at this difficult time; we are launching the 1:1 Consultancy Programme to our members in the UK. The aim of this programme is to provide hands-on, tangible advice during a one to one session with an expert from a panel of industry experts.

Fabrice Limon is Co-Founder and Co-Director of drinks consultancy Scotch + Limon. Fabrice worked his way up from bartender to managing some of the most influential venues, to opening his own bars, restaurants and gastropubs across the UK and in the French Alps. He has also consulted on menus for top venues including Straylight in New York City and Sack bar based in the UK. Fabrice can help you with menu engineering, profitability, adapting to digital menus and drinks trends, and recommendations.
