The beautiful benefit of these two delicious hot Baileys serves, and decadent Baileys desserts is that the addition of the Baileys is an incremental sale. Not only do you make the margin you’d initially have made on the hot chocolate, coffee, brownie or ice cream but you get the added incremental sale of adding the Baileys. Your guests get to elevate their hot drink or dessert into an ultra-indulgent treat! It is Christmas after all…
If you serve cocktails then a Flat White Martini is a winner, a simple twist on the ever-popular Espresso Martini but using Baileys for a deliciously indulgent twist! This is the perfect option to offer your guests as a digestif to enjoy after dinner.
If you don’t serve cocktails then don’t despair, you can elevate a simple Baileys over ice with the addition of toasted marshmallow garnish, again, this is a great option to offer your guests as an addition or alternative to dessert.
