Pampero Selección 1938 Rum with lemon, tamarind and Venezuelan Papelón juices.

Recipe

  • 50ml Pampero Selección 1938 Rum
  • 30ml Tamarind juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 60ml Papelón Juice

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a highball glass full with cubed ice
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients and garnish with lemon wheel.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
