
Pampero Selección 1938 Rum with lemon, tamarind and Venezuelan Papelón juices.
Recipe
- 50ml Pampero Selección 1938 Rum
- 30ml Tamarind juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 60ml Papelón Juice
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a highball glass full with cubed ice
- Stir to combine all ingredients and garnish with lemon wheel.
Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
