Aviation Gin and floral liqueurs work in harmony with fresh lemon juice.

Tangy, dry and bright.

RECIPE

  • 45ml Aviation Gin
  • 15ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 5ml Crème de Yvette
  • Cherry
  • Cherry
  • No ice
  • Coupette

PREPARATION

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard
  • Double strain into a Coupette
  • Add garnish with a cherry at the bottom of the glass
