
A fresh drink with a bold Bulleit Bourbon taste.
Recipe
- 50ml Bulleit Bourbon
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Sprig of mint
Preparation
- Combine 8-10 fresh mint leaves and 15ml sugar syrup into the bottom of a julep tin or tumbler, and gently press the mint to extract the flavours.
- Pour in 50ml Bulleit Bourbon, fill two thirds with crushed ice and stir.
- Over-fill with crushed ice, add a short straw and garnish with a sprig of mint.
