A fresh drink with a bold Bulleit Bourbon taste.

Recipe

  • 50ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • Sprig of mint

Preparation

  1. Combine 8-10 fresh mint leaves and 15ml sugar syrup into the bottom of a julep tin or tumbler, and gently press the mint to extract the flavours.
  2. Pour in 50ml Bulleit Bourbon, fill two thirds with crushed ice and stir.
  3. Over-fill with crushed ice, add a short straw and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
