The Captain's got a sweet tooth! A decadent swirl of Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum, raspberry liqueur and heavy cream. Served straight up with a raspberry...go on, indulge!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum
  • 15 ml Raspberry liqueur
  • 125 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 Packet of raw sugar
  • 1 Raspberry
  • 1 Lemon twist

PREPARATION:

  1. Add sugar to heavy cream and stir until sugar is dissolved
  2. Combined sweetened cream, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum and raspberry liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a raspberry and a lemon twist.
