- 2150 ml Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum
- 2150 ml Dry white wine
- 2125 ml Pineapple juice
- 175 ml Sour mix
- 6250 ml Ginger ale
- 3 Sliced oranges
- 4 Sliced lemons
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- Chill all ingredients
- In a large punch bowl, crush the fresh fruit to extract the juices
- Add Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum, wine, pineapple juice, sour mix and ginger ale
- Add a large block of ice and serve the punch in wine glasses with piece of fruit and a sprig of mint.
