Captain Morgan's White Mojito

A refreshing, summery blend of Captain Morgan's

White, mint, lime and soda water

Recipe

  • 50ml Captain Morgan's White
  • 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 75ml Soda Water

Garnish:

  • Mint Sprig

Preparation:

  1. Using a muddler, press 6-8 mint leaves and 15ml Sugar Syrup in a cocktail shaker to extract the juices and
    flavour
  2. Add crushed ice to the shaker
  3. Using a jigger, measure 50ml Captain Morgan's
    White Mojito and 25ml lime juice into the shaker
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface
    of the cocktail shaker feels chilled
  5. Strain into a Highball glass using a cocktail strainer
  6. Top up the drink with 75ml soda water to taste
