Cool down with this summertime sipper! Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum, fresh lime and a dash of bitters over muddled mint. Served on the rocks...dazzlingly delightful!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum
  • 25 ml Simple syrup
  • 25 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 5 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Dashes bitters

PREPARATION:

  1. Muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a Collins glass
  2. Add Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum, fresh lime juice and bitters and garnish with a mint sprig.
